Pet Policy
We partner with PetScreening to ensure our community is both pet-friendly and responsible. Max 2 pets per household. 50 lb weight limit per pet. $25 monthly fee, and a one-time $400 non-refundable fee (all fees are per pet). Breed restrictions: Akitas, American Bulldogs, Beaucerons, Belgian Malinois, Caucasian Mountain Dogs, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Keehound, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf Hybrids or any dog with a history of biting. Non-compliance of pet rules is a violation of your lease and will result in fines, and may result in eviction or negative marks on your tenancy record. You must have your pet on a leash at all times outside of your home. Do not allow your pet to disturb your neighbors. Pick up after your pet immediately and dispose of waste in trash receptacle. 1st offense = $150 fine, 2nd offense = $250 fine, 3rd offense = may result in legal action or a negative mark on your tenancy record against your pet. Any damage to common areas will be pet owner's responsibility
